How to ask my mom to let me wear makeup?

okay so i am 13 and i asked her when i was 12 and she said no… I want to ask her again but i am not exactly sure how to do it… you see me and my mom do not have the greatest relationship when it comes to talking about girl stuff like makeup and boys ect… so anyway.. i want to wear it as a creative thing.. but not much, like mascara and maybe a little eyeliner kinda thing, i do not want it to attract boys or cuz all of my friends wear it (even though they do…) anyway how do i ask her and get her to say yesss… thanks ♥
okay so my mom doesn’t wear makeup… she wears foundation in the winter and curls her eyelashes… so ya, but i have my own… also i know that i will no b creative at first but after a while when i can where whatever i want for makeup it will be creative…

Just tell her you feel like you need to wear it because you are a teen now! Girls wear makeup for confidence. so, just dont wear makeup just to wear it. also, maybe go out to the mall with a friend and secretly buy eyeliner and be like "oh, look what (insert name here) bought me!) haha.
or..ask her to get a makeup "consoltation" at a salon. lots of them do that!

well my boyfriend of three months and me have been distant these last couple of weeks finally i asked him what happened and it turns out he didn’t even like me anymore since a week prior.

This may not make sense…act like you’re over it and that you’ve moved on. What ever you do don’t get sentimental or display any attraction toward him what-so-ever. If he’s not into you, that probably won’t change but it may drive him nuts to know that you got over him so quick. Next, ask yourself if he’s really worth taking back. Your immediate answer is "yeah" but you’ll find that in a couple of weeks that answer will change. Don’t waste too much time on him.You’ve got better things to do…like checking out all the other hot guys who will be at the beach that day !!! we just broke up a week ago and she can even talk to me in a friendly way. she’s removed me from her msn (found out via meebo.com) and she texted me to say she wanted to return my stuff (friendly tone). sometimes she replies my sms, sometimes don’t. according to her friends they say she’s ok after the breakup. we broke up many times before because of my bad temper. she’s not the perfect gf and we only dated for 7 months, but she has good qualities and i missed her. i really want to win her back and go for anger management just so i won’t lose her. but she won’t listen to anymore of my apologies and promises. pls advise. thanks!

Actions speak louder than words. Go for anger management and work on improving yourself. Then go to her when you’ve completed that. You may have to start fresh with a new girl once you’ve improved yourself. Sometimes that’s the way it works out when nothing changes between two people who have tried more than once to be together.

What should I do about my boring relationship?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 7 years.. and now a days he never really pays attention to me like he used to. I try to dress up for him all the time.. I wear cute little outfits and makeup and try to get his attention but it just seems like he is never interested. He falls asleep all the time and never gives it up so to speak.. He doesn’t even kiss me hardly ever any more.. I love him; he is my best friend.. but I miss feeling butterflies and I miss sex.. I’ve told him countless times that I need some sort of physical comfort but he doesn’t really ever improve and he never seems to be very empathetic when I am upset about something. Recently we went out to a club and I had a conversation with someone I have been attracted to for a long time and his responses to me seemed so much more caring and sweet.. and he seemed actually interested in what I said compared to how my boyfriend acts.. Is it just because we are new to each other? Am I being too hard on my boyfriend? Does sex suck when you’ve been with someone a long time.. or am I fooling myself staying with him.. He is the only person who seems to get me.. but I feel like I am just good friends with him…

Trying to save relationship. Not sure how to do it. Any Ideas?

I have asked questions before. But anyway My boyfriend and I have been together for about 7 years. We have lived together for about 6 and a half. We have two children under the age of two.

We broke up for like a day, but he said he wanted to try and work it out. I am sure he doesn’t want to lose the kids since I would have to move almost 2 hours away. Anyway things started to get……slow. Like we were just roommates with benefits. We never yelled or anything we just kind of held things inside. Now I am not sure if he is still attracted to me. Should I try and change? I don’t wear any makeup or anything and don’t do my hair anymore. Plus gained weight after the two children. Maybe he thinks I am not girlie enough. Not sure what to do. Need to fix our relationship since I really do still love him. Please some advice.

Yeah, it sounds like you’ve lost yourself girl. However, If he loves you for who you are, that shouldn’t be the problem, but unfortunatly in today’s society with everything being focused on beauty and physical appearences, you do have to try and keep yourself looking good for your man girl. I’m not saying you’ve got to walk around with a full face of make up, but just put on a little lip gloss and maybe some mascara and a cute two piece nighty. Try to spice it up a little because sometimes things can become dull and boring in a long term relationship. I’m in a 6yr relationship and I make the effort to keep myself looking cute. Cook him a nice dinner onenight and put on some sexy music and put those babies to bed a littler early or try to get a babysitter if possible. The fact that he’s willing to work things out is a good sign that he does love you, take advantage of that. Good Luck

We like to take a cruise vacation but we have a problem with the air-conditioning?

Every time we take a cruise we both get a tickly cough due to the air-con in the cabins, we try to have a balcony it does help but the air-con never seems to be controllable, the last cruise we took the attendant tried to block the vents but it was so powerful it just blew the tape off.We would like any advice so that we can cruise again in the future. We are both senior citizens

I’m curious what line you were on. We’ve always been able to turn the air flow way down, if not completely off.

which is cheaper a cruise or an all inclusive Island vacation?

my girlfriends and I are trying to decide on what vacation would be cheaper and fun for us. we are planning on traveling 5/9 to the 5/12 on an Island of some sort or a cruise
we are from the US
prefer Jamaica

I would research both options. Short cruises are usually inexpensive. The only drawback is the airfare is NOT included in the cruise price. Either is soda or liquor. I see you are interested in Jamaica. Most 4/5 day cruises go to several different islands not just one.
But I have seen LAND package deals prices that do include air and are all-inclusive.

i am currently hanging out with my ex occasionally on weekends, she says she needs time without a boyfriend to get her head strait what is the best way to get her back, jelousy or just being there..

if shes hanging with you she could just be saying that she doesnt want a bf so that she doesnt make it obvious shes thinking of a relationship. she might actually mean it but i doubt it b.c it doesnt make sense to hang with your ex, she should know that theres a possibility that someone will have feelings for the other. anyway id just be there for her but subtly hint at a potential relationship if thats what you really want. i would not try using jelousy…sometimes its a turn off and you dont want to lose connection with her over a girl you never really liked in the first place. but if you do want to try making her jelous do it in a way that isnt threatening to tthe relationship you have with her right now…like casually mentioning that you and some friends are going out. and dont be there for her ALL the time. if you guys talk like everyday skip talking to her for a day and keep her wondering and thinking about you.
these are just suggestions btw…i cant give you anything that i can guarantee will work since i dont know your history, relationship and a list of other things.you could always try the old fashioned way. wait for the right moment and just be honest with her. good luck

How do you win your ex’s heart back subtly if they know you so well they know when you are attempting to when them back? And how can you do this on the phone if you don’t see your ex anymore? I know I could win him back if I had the money to go home and see him but I want to be able to do it over the phone.

Ok, here is an approach that works very well…

First of all, it’s ok if your ex knows you’re open to the idea of getting back together. The main thing is not to pressure him in any way. If you do, his natural reaction may be to pull away from you.

Give him a call and invite him to get together some time. No pressure, just a casual get together to do something you both enjoy. During your time out together, don’t talk about the relationship, how much you miss him, etc. Just have a good time, be really postitive and upbeat.

Don’t spend the whole day together. Just an hour or two tops. You be the one that ends the "date" early. Let him know you had a good time and maybe you can do it again sometime. Under no circumstances stay the night together, sleep together, etc.

The idea here is to allow him an opportunity to reconnect with the positive energy that attracted him to you when you guys first met.
