I’m 21 and dating isn’t hard for me b/c I’m wealthy & can provide security for a girl but a lot of my friends without a good job & money who can’t provide security can’t get dates with girls.

I’ve noticed guys in their thirties with good jobs find girls to date easier & since the girls are older by then they tend to be more sexual. The girls seem more sexual at 30 than 19.

money shouldnt matter at all
no offence but you probably find it easyer because of the money but if you traded places with your mate for a night and went out would you still get the girl or would he???
i bet you will find that in years to come your mates would have found n married a `reall women in love` rather than a women in love with your money

My ex boyfriend and I are now just "friends with benefits". We were talking today, and he was talking to me about a mutual friend of ours who may have a "thing" for me. Then he mentioned something about me and the friend having more in common than we (my ex and I) do. He said he wishes he had a girlfriend who had a lot in common with him. Someone who really enjoys music, was great at guitar, was an excellent artist, and cute, too of course. He said that would be his "dream girl."

My ex and I are still extremely close, but we’re still not 100% ready to date again until I become a better person and we both become a little more emotionally stable. I’m interested in art/music, but definatley not as much as he is. I’m more into makeup, hair, and video games. I play guitar, but I’m still a beginner, so I’m not very good..

What can I do to have more in common with him and or improve our relationship?

okay so you’re a beautiful girl, you need to be focusing on yourself right now. that’s what is most important in life, YOU. i think you’re better than this guy. i did the whole "friends with benefits" thing… & honestly sweetheart, it just tears you up inside. it hurts. but that’s besides the point. i’m sure you two have more in common than you think, but you two are just focusing on those superficial things. try focusing on the more emotional aspects of the relationship & i’m sure you’ll find that you have a lot more in common with each other…

& i totally understand the makeup, hair, & video games!! i’m the same way!

I knew one young sister who went with a huge group of other Witnesses on a cruise. She didn’t recommend it and said she would never do that again. What about you?

I never have, but I have heard of it.

There was a brother in a nearby congregation who seemed to be a very spiritual-minded brother who worked as a travel agent, and he would quite often book passages for groups of witnesses to go on cruises as well as Bethel tours. He was also an elder, and used frequently on assembly & convention programs until his health no longer allowed it.

They would have the Watchtower (and at the time Book Study) while on the cruise, so they did not miss out on spiritual food.

The benefit was that they got to enjoy the opportunity to enjoy such a vacation while maintaining good association.

The brother always made sure everything was done in a spiritual and moral way. He did not book "huge groups" but it was still a group.

Perhaps the one the sister you went on was too large to manage and maintain spirituality. (?)

Sadly, the brother of whom I speak succumbed to cancer a couple of years past. The Kingdom Hall at his memorial was packed, with people lining the walls as well as standing outside.

The only cruise I have been on was a regular 4 day cruise, and while some of the entertainment was not immoral, there was some that my wife and I did not participate in due to its questionable nature.

Me & My boyfriend been going out for 7 years. WE broke up he was still dating me 2 and things were going ok I had a chance of getting him back but last week I did something so stupid I got into his email account sent this other he is dating a nasty email telling her to leave me alone. Now he is really mad at me said this girl will be his new girlfriend anyone think I have a chance of getting him back now when him and this girl break up? I am so heart broken. I cant move on. I love him with all my heart. I just didnt want him to be with this girl they are not right for each other. Please help me to figure things out. He still loves me and he said he still misses me and after 7 years do you really think it can be over? Do you think it could work out being friends for a while and showing my postive changes with the reasons we broke up?
I dont know what to do anymore. Everyone saids to move on but how can I when I love so much. He was my everything. My hero my best friend my world my life. The reason I woke up daily just to see him smile. I am so heart broken. I cant move on without him in my life as my life partner.

move on . if he realizes that he DOES WANT to bee with you while youre still in the mood to have him back thats your call. if he doesnt act before you’eve cooled on him he never will and you need to get on with your life
