Alaska cruise/vacation with senior citizens and teenagers?

We’re planning to go on a cruise to Alaska in June/July with 14 and 17 year olds kids and 75 year old grandparents. Grandfather will have trouble if there is too much walking.
We are looking at the Holland America Line. Not sure how that compares with other lines.
We’d like to go inland to Denali if possible, but not sure if that would be too hard or too much extra time.
Any info on if there are a number of teenagers that go on these cruises?
Any personal experiences you can share?

An alaska Cruise is the utmost! The scenery, the wildlife, and the time together.

Southeast Aalska (most folks refer to it as the Inside Passage) is a very different and unique part of Alaska, and with your plans to go into Alaska’s interior; you are paring with a great opportunity.

The Alaska trips tend to be geared more for the older crowd, once the younger set sees all that Alaska is, and they realize their cell phones really do work in the North, well things work themselves out. The cruise demographics are changing, and visitor profiles are changing with them.

Holland America is geared more toward the traditional cruising client. Princes is another good choice for cruising up North.

The difference is really in the size of the ship and number of passengers. Holland sails with three class of ships with passenger loads equating to: 1200, 1400, and 1800 for the largest ship. Princess steps up to 2800 passengers.

Each gives you a very high quality product.

For the Interior, especially Denali, make sure you look at going to the deepest part of the park, Kantishna. It is the end of the park road, offering great views of the mountain (weather permitting), and of course critters!

I am including the web site for my company which offers all of the above. We also offer a very inclusive program; meals, attractions, and much more. We also host travel seminars innearly all parts of the United States, and offer a free DVD for the asking showing what, and how we do things.

As an Alaska travel proffessional, I can assure you, you are headed in the right direction. Feel free to call our "800" number, and they will forward my personal cell number should you have any specific questions. We also provide references on request from previous travellers.

Thanks for thinking of Alaska!

Camai!

who thinks sex one time a week will keep you partners happy and forfilled in a sterious relationship?

Sex is not everything and does not makeup a relationship,But let’s not fool ourselves it plays a very important part in all of them. Please be honest and not just bash females or males.I think sex is often used as a weapon in relationships instead of for the pleasure it was ment for.

A steady relationship, if its a happy one, consists of many more things other than sex. Nowadays we tend to focus a lot on sexual matters and to measure and judge people around us by this. A happy relationship will have whatever is necessary to make it work, love, understanding, companionship, and … ah yes, Sex!

what is the best way to win back your ex girlfriend?

my ex and i after three years broke up about two and a half months ago. I cant stand it any longer i tried everything i could to get her out of my head and to move on, but the more i try the harder it gets. I just really want to get back with her. I have tried talking to other girls, not working. i just screw it up bc all i can do i judge them from my ex. What is the best way to get her back?

When you figure out let me know! :)

The only advise I can give is back wayyyy off, give her space to miss you. Pretend you don’t care. Desperation doesn’t look good on any one.

Good Luck!

What complications have you had dating a single parent?

Im a single dad and the dating game is a bit difficult being a parent,so what problems have you encountered while dating a single parent, this can go for single mom or dad.But i would mostly like to know on dating a single mom.

I’ve met the child from h*ll. Lord knows where they are now but they aren’t in my life. I do know that. Dad was great. The child was a terror.

How can i convince my parents to go on a cruise vacation?

I want to go on a cruise very badly. I have looked and i pciked a date, cruise, and everything, but i don’t know how to convince all of us to go. Do you know of any good ways to try to convince them to go? Thanks a bunch.

First of all, pick the right cruise to suggest. Do some research and compile some info about all the ports of call in a given area, like the Caribbean, then pick a cruise that will take you to the places you’d like to see.

In my experience as a long time cruiser, the best aspect of cruise travel is the all-inclusive nature of it. You pay one price for everything, except drinks and tips, and then you don’t have to worry about anything else. You just sit back and let the ship’s crew serve you. Also, when you do the math, even a fairly expensive cruise is cheaper than a regular vacation if you figure in transportation, hotels, food, etc. In other words, when trying to convince your folks to go on a cruise, emphasize the value for your money. You get a lot of vacation for relatively little cash.

If they’re still skeptical, suggest taking a short three day cruise as your first experience. There are great little three day Bahamas cruises from Miami or Port Canaveral on various cruise lines. The per person price can be as little as $199 depending on the time of year.

Good luck!
