How do I get back my money from Imperial Majesty Cruise line vacation..the one that is apparently a spam?

Author: So, I was naive and got tricked into buying this amazing vacation package…the one that I later found out from Google that it was a spam. Now, I want to get my money back…can i do that? How do I do that? Any help would be much appreciated since I really need that money!

You would be surprised how many people get tricked into this one. I have encountered this dozens of times in my office over the last few years. You can try an attorney but that will probably cost you more than you spent. If you paid by credit card you can go to the credit card company and try to get your money back through them. That is probably your best bet. My clients have found that every phone number for them is disconnected and they even found that the FBI has an ongoing investigation on this scam, but for now that doesn’t help people who have lost their money. Sorry~~
